Delete Your Account
You can permanently delete your Zarauza account and all associated data at any time.
Option 1: Delete via the App
The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Zarauza app:
- Open the Zarauza app and sign in
- Go to Profile
- Tap Settings
- Tap Delete Account
- Confirm the deletion
Option 2: Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:
Please use the subject line Account Deletion Request and include the phone number or email address linked to your account.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile information
- All listings you have posted
- All photos you have uploaded
- Your phone number and personal details
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All data is removed from our servers within 30 days.
